Returns and Exchanges Information
- Returns and Exchanges can be made up to 30 Days After the shipment date on your packing slip.
- FINAL SALES: All swimwear, underwear, pierced jewelry, fragrances and body lotions.
- For all other items, to be eligible for a credit, refund or exchange; the merchandise must be returned as original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact.
- Refund will not be issued if any above requirement is fail to meet. In that case, you must arrange for the return shipping with us, therefore, return shipping cost will be your responsible.
- Note: Return Label in not pre-paid, therefore you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
- Credit will be process to the same form as the original order payment method. (Takes approximately 2-3 weeks).
Returns & Exchange Instructions:
- All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number or RMA. Request RMA by log in to your account at:
http://www.fashionjetz.com/myaccount.asp
- Once you received the RMA approval email from us. You can pack and seal your return merchandise securely and include the original packing slip inside.
- To speed up the returns / exchanges process, please indicate your RMA Number out side of the packing.
- Affix your paid postage. Tracking with Delivery confirmation is highly recommended so you can track your shipment.
